Trapeze Creative has spent the last decade taking concept to delivery for a select client base. From the outset, the company ethos has been to maintain a restrictive number of projects, allowing the business to focus on tailored design and ongoing support.
The company was founded in 2012 by Simon Greystoke-Dews and Iain Kerr, both having a design background; Simon in three dimensional design and Iain in graphic design. Each have vast experience in developing and running successful creative businesses.
Throughout their careers, Iain and Simon have been involved in the highly specialised discipline of creating and manufacturing products, primarily for the Shopping Centre Christmas display market, and have designed distinctive schemes for virtually all of the UK’s major Shopping Centres at various points throughout the past thirty years.
Simon now leads a specialist team, dedicated to delivering bespoke design solutions and exploring new technologies suited to this creative industry.

Simon Greystoke-Dews has a unique understanding and ability to harness a broad range of skills,

Simon is the Managing Director of Trapeze Creative Ltd with responsibility for the design, development, manufacture and installation of projects.
Managing the creative process from brief to solution, Simon embraces the evolution in new technologies and materials. His particular expertise is in creating and building unusual things that work.
Graduating from University with a BA (Hons) in Three Dimensional Design with Applied Technology, Simon's entry into the Shopping Centre industry was with KD Decorative's, providing animation and controlled movement for display sets and theme parks.
In 1997 Simon created New Move Animation Ltd, a specialist animatronics company. During this time he developed experience of small business owner management, and vast expertise in the creation, design development and engineering of working solutions involving movement, providing three-dimensional creative displays for the retail sector.
Simon sold his business to LDJ in 2004, becoming Head of Animation and servicing the Shopping Centre industry. In 2006 he moved on to join the third of the leading companies within this highly specialist sector, Centre Design Ltd, taking on the management responsibilities for the Design, R&D and Production departments.
In 2012 Simon joined forces with Iain Kerr to form Trapeze Creative Ltd. Designing large scale sculptural and three dimensional display for the global market, their extensive portfolio includes World class projects installed throughout the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Central Asia.
